I have never heard of '10 or 20mg' of Sertraline being prescribed and I'm pretty sure those dosages don't even exist. May 7, 2017 · I experienced similar problems with citalopram and was eventually switched to sertraline - my dosage of sertraline ended up at 150g which I found very stable.
